Your authorization

The law requires your express consent to use your image and voice. Read it carefully.

  1. I authorize Clonnie to create and operate a digital clone with my image and my voice, exclusively to talk with my audience inside the Clonnie platform.
  2. Every interaction of the clone will be identified as official artificial intelligence, with a badge visible to the fan.
  3. My image and voice will not be sold, assigned or used in advertising, in other products or by third parties.
  4. I can pause the clone at any time from the dashboard, and I can request that my account be closed. On closure, I have the right to have my voice and image models deleted.
  5. The clone does not produce adult content, hate speech, financial promises, health diagnoses or any topic I block.
  6. Revenue from my fans' subscriptions and purchases is split according to the partnership agreement, with monthly payouts via Pix.
  7. My data is handled in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Do I pay anything?

No. There is no monthly fee, no joining fee and no technology cost. Clonnie only earns when you earn, through its share of the fan revenue.

Will fans know it's artificial intelligence?

Yes. Every profile and every conversation shows the official AI badge. Fans know they are talking to your authorized clone, and that is exactly what makes the experience safe for you.

Will the clone be just like me?

Your voice will be cloned from your studio recording, and your way of speaking comes from what you teach in the personality step and from your content. You will listen to the preview, review and approve everything before release.

What if the clone says something I wouldn't?

You will be able to block topics, turn on approval mode for sensitive subjects and correct replies from the dashboard. Unusual conversations will be flagged for review. These mechanisms are being implemented and will be tested before launch. And you will be able to pause the clone at any time.

How long until my clone is ready?

We are in pre-launch. The studio takes about 20 minutes. After you submit, our team reviews the material within 48 hours and prepares your clone. You receive the final version to review before launch.

Do I need professional equipment?

No. A recent phone, a quiet place and light facing your face are enough. The studio guide shows exactly what to do.

How and when do I get paid?

Every month, via Pix, to the account registered in the contract. The dashboard will show every subscription, message and call in real time, and how much is already yours.

Can I set the prices?

Yes, within a range. The suggested amounts were designed for the Brazilian audience, but you will adjust plans and one-off items from the dashboard and will be able to create promotions.

Does the clone speak other languages?

Yes. The project plans conversations in Portuguese, English and Spanish with your own voice, for fans in other countries.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. There is no lock-in. When you close, the clone goes offline and Clonnie's policy is to delete your voice and image models, a flow that will be implemented and tested before launch.

Who owns my image and my voice?

You do. Clonnie only receives a permission to use them, limited to the platform and revocable. We do not sell, license or use your image or voice anywhere else.

How many followers do I need?

Clonnie is built for creators with 300K followers or more, across all platforms. Below that, your application goes on a waitlist and is reviewed by the team case by case, based on your audience's engagement.

How do my followers find my clone?

You get your own link, in the format clonnie.app/your-name, and a QR code to share in your stories, in your bio and in your videos. That is all we ask of you.
